Payments

I currently accept all payment methods accepted by Etsy. For French residents, I will accept payment by cheque when drawn on a French bank. If paying by check, I will ship your order once your cheque has cleared.

All customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping from France

I ship twice a week.

Please allow time for shipping from France.

Chichiboulie ships first class international post and is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, but will endeavour to help resolve the issue. For larger paintings, I ship using tracking. Insurance is available at an additional cost. Please contact me for more information.

Original customised artwork has a delay of approximately 4-8 weeks. Shipping time will be confirmed upon placement of order.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I am unable to issue refunds for personalised or custom artwork except in rare circumstances.

For larger original paintings, I offer a 7 day trial period. This consists of your paying for the painting and shipping. Once received, you have a 7 day period to try the painting in your home. If you decide to return the painting, it is your responsibility to ship the painting under the same conditions (return shipping costs, insured etc). I refund your payment once I have received the item in its original condition.

For non-artwork products such as cards and fabric creations, I will accept returns of products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning a product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional

Custom orders are welcome and make up a large percentage of my business. For custom orders, I do work closely with my clients through the end of the creative process to keep you informed on progress and styles. A finished sample image will be sent to you before final payment. If you are interested, please send me a convo.

I also work with licensing as well as b&m sellers. Please send me a convo for information.
